Best Western Plus Delta Inn & Suites Oakley, Oakley

The hotel rooms had a terrible odor initially but turned out to be very good, along with the rest of the hotel. The service was very nice, especially when they considered our booked room by the booking system, and promptly attended to our needs upon ringing a bell. The location was great for me, close to Oakley and some retail stores. However, I just wish the pillows were longer as I don't care for the short ones provided. The dining options were limited, and the breakfast wouldn't fill a kid, despite the other great aspects of the hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were fantastic and had all the amenities I needed, though a bit pricey, they were definitely worth it. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The location was very convenient for me, being close to everything I needed. The dining experience was top-notch with a variety of delicious options. Overall, a great value for money!

The location worked well for me based on the distance to my workplace, but there were issues with noise early in the morning and in the stairwells. The dining experience stood out with its exceptional breakfast, although some more variety would have been welcome. The facilities were decent, but I encountered some shortcomings regarding laundry services and pet amenities.
